HOW DO I SEND TO AND RECEIVE PROJECTS FROM TECHNOTARIES?
Customers must submit a Project Request Form for all new projects. Projects and documents can be securely sent by email, Dropbox, GoogleDrive, etc.
DOES TECHNOTARIES HAVE ELECTRONIC SECURITY PROTOCOLS?
TechnoTaries has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and a Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption, which is the same protection scheme that you depend on when checking your bank account or making online purchases. We also encourage our clients to ensure their SSL/TLS encryption is active at all times.
IS IT EXPENSIVE TO USE TECHNOTARIES?
It’s actually more cost-efficient to use TechnoTaries rather than paying salaries and perks for full-time or part-time in-house. We have no "down time" (i.e., breaks, lunches, wait time, or distractions while handling projects, so the attorney is only billed for the time it takes to complete the Project. By using our virtual services, attorneys pay for only the work - not the perks!
HOW DO I KNOW I'M BEING PROPERLY BILLED?
TechnoTaries has detailed timekeeping systems to accurately calculate the time expended on each project. While we are not attorneys, we strive to comply with the California State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, legal ethics and standards. Our goal is to provide our clients with quality assistance, in a timely and cost-effective manner. To partake in unethical practices is of no interest or benefit to us, as a large percentage of our clients are obtained through referrals. We understand that quality work and ethical standards are indispensable in the legal field.
HOW DO I PAY TECHNOTARIES?
Invoices are emailed to clients on or about the 27th of every month. Customers are required to submit a Credit Card Authorization, which is retained on file. Payments for Invoices are processed 1-3 days after Invoices are emailed. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
